Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026. Standard terms governing the use of the Payzo platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, syncing an Android device with our APK listener, or invoking our payment APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Merchant & Partner Eligibility
Partners and merchants must be at least 18 years of age and possess valid KYC verification. Users must not use Payzo for any prohibited or unlawful activities, including money laundering, unauthorized gambling, or fraudulent schemes.
3. Gateway Accounts & SIM Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all mobile numbers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) connected to your Payzo account comply with the respective carrier and telecom regulations in your operating jurisdiction.
4. Fees & Settlement Schedules
Commission rates, withdrawal thresholds, and processing charges are delineated within your partner package. Settlement requests are processed subject to network connectivity and fraud screening verification.
5. Termination & Blacklisting
Payzo reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate any account found attempting spoofed SMS injection, fake transaction falsification, or repeated chargeback violations.
